10% non-refundable down payment due at the auction and the balance within 30 days of delivery of title insurance. If survey is required, the costs shall be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller. Possession on the day of closing. Buyer to pay the 2020 taxes due in 2021. Tracts will be offered individually and in any combination.
