Go to www.strawserauctions.com and click on the auction which will take you to the online bidding site.  The bidding will start to end at 6pm.  The bidding will extend 2 minutes after each bid.  The minimum bid increment is $1000.00.  The starting bid is $325,000.  Property is being sold with reserve.

TERMS:  10% non-refundable down payment due within 24 hours after the conclusion of the auction, the balance within 45 days at final closing. Possession 15 days after closing. Buyer to pay the November 2022 tax installment and all taxes thereafter.  The annual taxes are $877.70.
